Blain Parrot, Director
Blain Parrott founded Beckwood in 2016, following many years managing construction projects across southern England.
As Founder and Director, he leads Beckwood across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Cotswolds. His experience covers private homes valued from £500,000 to £12 million, including one-off new homes, renovations of listed and historic properties, whole-house refurbishments and complex conversions.
Working closely with the architect and client, Blain combines detailed planning and practical problem-solving with clarity around cost, programme and delivery, while keeping the architect’s design intent and client priorities central.
He is passionate about architect-led contemporary homes and heritage renovations, and equally committed to building a supportive team, from apprentices to experienced site managers.
Blain graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2007 with a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management.
